Return Policy

General Return Policy
Unused Equipment: You may return unused equipment within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Used Equipment: If the equipment has been used, we cannot guarantee a refund. Refunds for used equipment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
Faulty Equipment
If you receive faulty equipment, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Replacement Process: Faulty equipment must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued. Upon receiving the faulty equipment, we will inspect it and, if a defect is confirmed, will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- Third Party Equipment: All faulty third party equipment must go through the original manufacturers warranty before any other processes.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
