Apply using 20 oz sausage industrial caulk gun. Easycove 1k Adhesive product test data is based on environmental temperatures of 73 F and 50% humidity. Viscosity and working time are always affected by temperatures above or below that mark, humidity, substrate porosity, and job site conditions. When applying product – always consider the ambient surface, and product temperature at the time and place of installation. Only apply as much as adhesive as can be installed within 30 minutes under normal temperature and humidity conditions.

Tack time: 15 to 30 min
Working time: 30 min. Cure time: 120 to 150 min. Set-time may be accelerated by a light misting of water over the extruded adhesive prior to installing Easycove.
